About Annie Hyatt
 
My name is Annie Hyatt and I have been working in the fitness business since 1994.  I have taught group fitness classes at various gyms, taught small and large group boot camps, and personal trained one-on-one.  Teaching people how to be strong and healthy through fitness is what I love to do.
 
Philosophy: 
Fit-for-life instead of fit-for-today.  I build on the foundation of strengthening the areas that keep the body powerful and functional everyday: hips, pelvis, torso, shoulders and lower back.  When these are strong, the body is able to keep the spine long and tall, avoid and/or decrease injuries, put out more power during athletic situations, and function more efficiently in everyday life.  The bonus is a beautifully toned body.
