Personal Training:
For those looking for a personal focus, one-on-one training or small group training using free weights, weight and cable machines, treadmills, stability balls, TRX, BOSUs and other traditional gym equipment, this may be the way to go. Each session is one hour.
Beginning fitness consultation and basic nutritional assessment is included.
